Designed by Oscar Niemeyer, this was the first monument in Brasília. Its structure is made up of 16 concrete columns which appear to float. Inside the nave are suspended sculptures consisting of three angels. Stained glass windows color the interior of the church, accompanied by an altar donated by Pope Paul VI.
