Brasilia Planetarium

Designed by architect Sérgio Bernardes and inaugurated in 1974, the Brasília Planetarium has a structure inspired by images of flying saucers.
It aims at education and scientific dissemination through temporary exhibitions, projection of pedagogical films on astronomy, astronautics and cosmology. The visitation can be guided or without a guide, both free of charge and for all ages.
